Our in-house approach to lifeguard training provides Crystal Aquatics with an ample labor pool to meet all of your staffing needs. Once our employees are in place at their perspective pools, the training process continues.

The lifeguards work very hard at forming a team and practicing their roles in the emergency action plan. They participate in monthly safety drills at their respective facility.

The Crystal lifeguard also receives training in customer service. While safety is our top priority, we also understand the importance of having a pleasant and fun atmosphere at the swimming pool.  It is always our goal to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.
