Our staff works hard to ensure that all students meet not only the standards set by thecertifying agency but also the standards set by Crystal Aquatics. All courses of instruction arevisited by a supervisor from Crystal Aquatics and positions are offered to those students webelieve will excel.

Our in-house approach to lifeguard training provides Crystal Aquatics with an ample labor pool to meet all of your staffing needs. Once our employees are in place at their perspective pools, the training process continues.
The lifeguards work very hard at forming a team and practicing their roles in the emergency action plan. They participate in monthly safety drills at their respective facility.
The Crystal lifeguard also receives training in customer service. While safety is our top priority, we also understand the importance of having a pleasant and fun atmosphere at the swimming pool. It is always our goal to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.

have established a very large and active training division within our company.
