Training Programs
Crystal Aquatics offers a wide range of courses designed to develop the essential skills of every team member.
We provide certified and continuously updated programs, supervised by experienced and accredited instructors.
Available Courses:

Each course meets the requirements of certifying agencies as well as Crystal Aquatics’ own internal standards, which are even more demanding. Students who demonstrate excellence and commitment are considered for positions within our operations team.
Ongoing Training and Supervision
Training doesn’t end with certification. Crystal Aquatics conducts monthly safety drills, periodic evaluations, and supervisory visits to ensure that every professional maintains their skills at the highest level.
Our Training Supervisor oversees all safety and training programs, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with both state regulations and company standards.
In addition, we promote a culture of continuous improvement based on respect, communication, and ongoing learning.

Safety and Responsibility
Safety is the foundation of our operation. That’s why we conduct monthly emergency drills at every facility and promote continuous team training in rescue procedures, first aid, and customer care.
Our supervisors remain active throughout the entire season, carrying out frequent visits, follow-up meetings, and additional training sessions.
