Course Description

Anyone who has not worked for Crystal Aquatics previously must attend a group interview before being hired. You do not need to be lifeguard certified to attend. At this group interview, you will meet with a member of the Crystal Aquatics team and receive information on the responsibilities of a lifeguard, Crystal Aquatics' expectations of our employees, and Lifeguard certifications. If we feel like you would make a good addition to the Crystal Aquatics team, we will place you at a swimming pool based on availability and contingent on obtaining the proper lifeguarding certifications.
