Crystal Aquatics constantly monitors the newest and latest
improvements in the aquatic safety industry. The majority of our
employees receive their initial certification through one of o
ur
many on staff American Red Cross Instructors. This allows our
staff to ensure that all candidates meet not only the standards
set by the certifying agency but the standards set by Crystal
Aquatics. All classes of instruction are attended by a member
of the Crystal Aquatics management staff and positions are offered
to the candidates which we believe will excel. This "in-house"
approach to safety training provides Crystal Aquatics with an
ample labor pool to meet your staffing needs.
Once our employees are in place at their perspective pools, the training process continues. The lifeguards work very hard at forming a team and practicing their roles in the emergency action plans. They participate in monthly safety drills which are supervised by a Red Cross Instructor.
Crystal Aquatics does
not "confiscate" money earned from swim lessons by our
lifeguards who are trained as Learn to Swim Instructors. We allow
our guards to retain one hundred percent of the money they earn
from both private and group lessons.
